Afro Logics offers a unique and Bespoke Service of sourcing and purchasing  items for our customers to be delivered to their respective home countries. 

This process is seamless and simple with a request simply initiated by completing "The Bespoke Order Form". 

Once the Bespoke Order has been submitted, a Sales Associate will contact the customer with 48 hours of receipt of the order. For urgent orders, we will contact you within 24 hours. Please note that there are extra charges for fast tracked or urgent orders. 

The Sales Associate will liaise with the customer to review and confirm the shopping lists before finalisation of order. 

Once finalised, the Sales Associate will submit an invoice with a detailed breakdown of the total cost of the proposed transaction. within 24 hours of confirmation of the costs from the customer an invoice will be issued and to the customer for full payment to be made via our website with 24 hours.  

It will be necessary for full payment of the invoice to be made and cleared in our accounts to enable us to proceed with the transaction. 

Upon receipt of cleared funds, we will confirm the expected timescales for the items to reach the client.
